Candidate Criteria

Applicants must satisfy regulatory compliance standards completely without exception, hold a mandatory RE5 credential, and present three to five years or more of background working in advisory capacities or related fields. A documented history of reaching or surpassing commercial quotas is expected, while possessing an established consumer network represents a distinct benefit. Strong commercial expansion abilities, networking aptitude, and superior interpersonal, persuasion, and finalisation capabilities are required, alongside possession of dependable personal conveyance. Educational prerequisites dictate holding a Further Education and Training Certificate in Business, Commerce and Management Studies.
