Role Overview
Medirite Plus in Allen’s Nek is seeking a committed professional to offer specialized guidance regarding wellness and skincare merchandise. The appointed individual will manage customer interactions by assisting with item selection, pricing clarifications, and promoting merchandise while ensuring a pleasant purchasing journey.
Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will oversee stock control, inventory preservation, shrinkage reduction, and administrative tasks within the cosmetic section while maintaining cleanliness. Responsibilities include conducting item demonstrations, helping patrons locate appropriate merchandise, assessing individual preferences to suggest suitable skincare options, and boosting departmental revenue via promotional campaigns, cross-selling, and up-selling techniques. Additional tasks involve maintaining proper shelf presentation, demonstrating merchandise usage, staying informed on current cosmetic trends, events, and specials, and resolving or escalating consumer inquiries. Team members may also perform supplementary operational tasks outside of dispensary duties.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must possess a Grade 12 certificate alongside a formal qualification in makeup and skin therapy, or an equivalent relevant certification, while credentials in cosmetology represent an advantage. Candidates need demonstrated background working inside a skincare retail setting, supplemented by a minimum of five months of till point operating expertise.
